Return and Refund Policy

Returns - change of mind (UK)

Customers can return any book within 14 days of receipt for a full refund subject to the following conditions. Please email first to receive RMA and return address. The return will be at the customer's expense; please also obtain sufficient insurance in case of loss or damage in transit. Book is customer's responsibility until received back. Books must be returned in the same condition as received and must not have been used. Book must be sufficiently packed to avoid damage. 

Returns - damaged or other error (UK and International)

In the case of a book not being as described / as ordered / etc, please email and we will provide a replacement or refund as appropriate. Buyer will not be liable for any return costs in these circumstances. Books must be returned in the same condition as received. Any damages or errors must be reported as soon as possible, and in any case within 7 days of receipt.

Returns - change of mind (International)

Customers can return any book within 7 days of receipt for a partial refund subject to the following conditions. Outgoing postage will not be refunded. The return will be at the customer's expense. An adjustment will be made for any other costs. Books must be returned in the same condition as received. Book must be sufficiently packed to avoid damage.
